Holy damn, I can't believe I forgot I was on spring break this week. So I have five days of nothing but being extraordinarily lazy. And to top it off, Brawl is out next Sunday. The pure awesomeness of this week is too much to put into words.
Still, it would've been nice if I'd been on break next week, but hey, can't have everything.

Depending on who you ask, either February or September. Personally, I'm pretty set against February. It's wet, dreary, and with creamed corn, it feels like the longest month of the year despite being the shortest, and it contains a day that seems almost specially made to make half of the single people in the world turn into whiny, mopey small Chinese dogs.
Yeah, not so fond of February.

So I finished Subspace Emissary. It's a fun little diversion, but man, it gets tedious after awhile. If they had cut out about an hour of it, or given the characters some lines or something (I'd even settle for text-boxes!), It would've been a much more enjoyable experience.
That's not to say that it's bad, mind. It's leaps and bounds above just about every other fighting-game story mode out there, and the cutscenes are pretty nifty. No, it's not bad at all. Just repetitive and slightly boring. If you're going to play it, make sure you do co-op. That's a lot more fun. Single-player kind of drags after a while.
Also: THE GREAT MAZE AAAAAAAAAAGH!

I just got there. It's this big maze of previous bosses, basic enemies, and shadow'ed characters. I stopped 'cause I had to eat. Not sure how far I got.

Well, okay, it might be that last one. But seriously, now. I'm sure you've all noticed that I've been gone for a CRAPlong time. I know I've noticed, at any rate. To make a short story even shorter, I got eaten by that monster. That dreaded, hideous monster known only as "real life". Truth be told, I still haven't escaped from the belly of the beast, but I figured I'd been gone long enough, I should probably at least log on and let you all know that I'm still alive, and that I haven't been actively avoiding you.
So, yeah, that's basically it. I'd write more, but I've got another couple topics I want to write up before my boss comes back and I have to get back to work. On top of that, I'm running off of three hours of sleep, and tired enough that a friend of mine has informed me that I could easily pass as a stoner, so yeah, I've got a lot more I want to do and not a lot of time to do it. Expect a longer update sometime tonight or tomorrow afternoon, after I've gotten a few more hours of sleep.
