So, they've finally announced that my favourite television series as a kid, ReBoot, is getting... well... a movie reboot.
[/bad pun isn't funny]
A lot of people would be "well, whatever, that was when you were younger, why do you care now?" Well, I have the entire show on DVD because I liked it that much. Mind, it was a Canadian-made show, so I'm not sure how many people have heard of it...
Oh, and university is making me busy. I'm not 100% sure I'll be able to enter the writing contest.

Mood: Head, meet desk. Repeat when needed.So, it's exam time here, and I still have four exams left before I'm done the end of the year. I've got a philosophy essay (considered our exam) due Monday, and I have my English exam 7 PM the same day. Skip to the 22nd for religious studies at 2 PM, and then to the 27th for classics at 7 PM. Thankfully the philsophy essay is only 1000 words, but it's on Kant and I only have 354 words so far, and I'd like to finish tonight so I can actually start studying for English. You would expect that I'd want to go home through saying this. Well, here's the thing. I want to go home to see my parents, my best friend (CP), and my cats. I don't want to go home to see everyone else. Let me explain something about my hometown. It's your stereotypical hick-town.  The people are arrogant, and it's to the point I would rather stay in Kingston and get a job here. I already have a house, so it wouldn't be a big deal. And, I've also got a big decision to make this summer about what I want to do with my life. It should be an interesting summer.

You're having a hard time writing an essay about Kant? There's so much to say about his philosophy, though... Well anyways, I know what you mean about going back home. It's the same feeling for me. But you've got to see your parents and all, so it's why you have to go home. I don't enjoy returning to Syria, but since it's the only time I actually see my family... I tell myself to bear the stupid people. After all, I won't be seeing them the rest of the year |
