I guess that settles the question of who wins the only open competition on ToM, the 6th writing competition. Though I don't recall Michael entering, he is now the winner.
The 7th competition, on the other hand, closed a couple of weeks ago, and as Ceta only ceded control of the open competitions, we must still wait for their call on how to handle it.
Ideally this should include creating polls to determine the winner, as well as official determinations on who broke competition rules and what penalties, if any, will be incurred by each of those people. Ceta has broad authority to handle it however they want, though.

Cetasaurus didn't even submit a story by the deadline, despite the mandatory participation rule. I don't think they can be trusted to handle this.

I know you're receiving a lot of pressure to make some pretty drastic decisions, Ceta, and that you're pulling a lot of criticism.
Just remember - I chose you because I believe in you. You handle this how you want to handle this. As long as you can look back, once you're done, and say you honestly gave it your best shot, we'll all be proud of the job you did.
