1: The law states that registered felons may not vote, but nowhere in the law is it stated that a felon may not run for president. This means that a felon may run for president, but cannot vote for himself.

2: In the Supreme Court case Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad, the Court made the decision that businesses and companies qualify as people, and in the Supreme Court case Lawrence v. Texas, the Court ruled that a state may not ban sodomy, because to do so would violate privacy guaranteed by the Constitution. This means that it is technically legal for corporations to sodomize each other.

This is because the density of the Earth increases fast enough as you dig down, that it cancels out and even negates the effect of all the lost mass above your depth.
