After voting, please donate a theme and proposed story rule. At the end of the voting, after the evicted writer is decided, the theme and rule will be randomly selected from those proposed.
Whatever theme is selected must be mentioned in the story, and whatever rule is decided must be followed.
Voting ends in 4 days.

I'm not sure it was ever clear that people who don't participate in the contest can't submit rules. Because I wasn't aware if that counted or not until GE explained it to me.

Well I also figured it was common sense that BGC's "Story" would never be allowed in the contest, but that happened. Therefore, it was very possible that they could be allowed. How do you know they're here just to troll and aren't going to post otherwise? You're certainly not giving them any chance with the way you're treating them. Also, there was no explicit mention of only people in the contest being able to submit themes and rules. Here are relevant sections from the entrance post: During the voting phase, everyone chooses a single word to be entered into a raffle to become the theme of the Chapter. With the addition of the chapter rule, during the voting phase, people will enter their proposed theme and a rule for the next chapters to follow. Apparently, "everyone" can submit a theme and rule. There's no clear indication that this only refers to people that are in the contest, or furthermore only people that haven't been eliminated. You can go ahead and read the post too if you think I'm lying or leaving out information. It may have been mentioned in a previous contest, either in passing or within the contest rules, but I'm too lazy to check. In any case, I see no reason why those rules should override the current rules, given that Brandon posted new rules for this contest (which were likely just copy+pasted from last time anyway). |

I thought I made it clear that I didn't intend to enter the contest (hence the name "So, I don't actually care enough to write anything"). I'm pretty sure Michael, that after three other contests and the same participants in each one, Brandon didn't feel the need to hash out every detail of each and every rule. The rules have hardly changed and are pretty simple if you think of it. Only people writing stories submit themes and rules for stories.
