You may vote for 2 stories.
After voting, please donate a theme and proposed story rule. At the end of the voting, after the evicted writer is decided, the theme and rule will be randomly selected from those proposed.
Whatever theme is selected must be mentioned in the story, and whatever rule is decided must be followed.
Voting ends in about 4 days. Themes and rules can be decided after all current contestants submit theirs.

My theme is "Crime".
My rule is "You have to quote a line from the story that loses this vote."

Theme: Television Rule: All contestants must obey all of the rules they have posted for the competition, including the one they post for this coming round. How much of a vendetta do you have against beige? If your rule got picked, all you'd have to do is not mention anything beige.

Celia do you really have it out for me? No! I never had anything against you. You just had really intimidating rules, and I lashed out because I was insecure about my own story. beige..... i hate it so much... edit: i've altered my rule a little

That rule sounds a little better.
Celia I make those rules to challenge myself as a writer as well. I kind of moaned and groaned about my rule for the last round but I feel like it made me a little bit of a better writer.
If you survive my rules it will make you a better writer and I have noticed that in your writing.

Theme: Challenge Rule: "You have to quote a line from the story that loses this vote."
And, with a 3 way tie, nobody is out this round. BUT, if either singerrock, Celia, or simple tactician are in a losing tie again, they're out.
Onto Round 4. The chapter is due BEFORE November 1st. Halloween. Get your chapters in early all.

I am dropping out of the competition...Sorry to disappoint some people...But I have another project coming up in November called NaNoWriMo and for that I have to write at least 1,667 words a DAY in order to get to 50,000 words by the end of the month!
So if I didn't resign now I would have eventually. I will participate in the next writing competition whenever that will be. This has been fun and I will definitely finish the story just not now.
