To those who are oblivious to what I'm talking about, look it up!!
Saturnalia is an Ancient Roman holiday that was celebrated from December the 17th to the 23rd in honor of the god Saturn. It was basically a time to have major fun. Slaves were released from their masters, roles were reversed, wars were ceased for the week, glitter and gold everywhere, and hardcore partying!! People decorated their house, baked something sweet everyday, and made love to people of the same sex without fear of discrimination. It was an all-out, no rules, week-long party!! ^_^ We're celebrating it in my Latin II class. XD
The traditional saying for this holiday is "Io, Saturnalia!", pronounced "Yo, Saturnalia!".
So, what do you say, people? Io, Saturnalia!! =D

So this is where X-Mas came from... No. Actually, Saturnalia did influence Christmas. =P

Influence is irrelevant in this case.

I'm quite sure it is, though.
Also, according to Find the Saltine rules, your saltine image has to be an image that is visible on the forum, not a link to the image or anythnig.
Just throwing that out there, randomly.
