A two on two fight for Dan and myself. We're bored and want to fight. And due to the fact that I'm lacking in detailed RP characters, I'm bringing back the golden boys.
Profiles ripped from my histories post (under Other in Writer's Corner).
Name: Elric Eron Age: 19 Class: Druid Hair: Black, shoulder length, short bangs. Eyes: Dark blue. Clothing: Generally black clothing (sleeveless vest and pants), dark purple robe, leather boots and gloves. Weaponry: Necreon tome and five foot yew staff. Abilities: Elric has fully mastered dark magic. With his staff and tome, he can manipulate darkness and shadow in any which way to suit his needs. Personality: Normally unemotional. Elric grows uncomfortable among large groups of people and is close to only a handful. Very knowledgeable on all forms of magic.
Name: Reh Aramil Age: 17 Class: Ranger Hair: Green, shaggy, unkempt Eyes: Brown. Clothing: Hard leather cuirass and leggings, sturdy leather boots and gloves, and the Ranger cloak. The Ranger cloak is a mottled gray-green color, designed to break up the background, acting as a camouflage. Weaponry: Silver Oak longbow, Ranger knives. At childhood, Reh’s father made him a shortbow from the wood of a silver tree. Later, Reh found this tree and made a longbow instead. There are two Ranger knives, the saxe and the throwing. The saxe, or “sea ax”, is the longer, more powerful blade. The Ranger’s throwing knife is a perfectly balanced, curved wedge shaped blade. Both knives are held at the double knife scabbard on a Ranger’s waist. Abilities: His Ranger training has taught him to move with the shadows and elevate his speed and accuracy to near superhuman levels. His survival skills are superb. Personality: Reh has grown to be a solemn individual under normal circumstances, but hasn’t lost his emotion. He enjoys teaching others and passing along advice. He also enjoys his alone time, customary amongst Rangers.

After his defeat of the pirate Phyllis the Black, Balto lost the use of his left eye.
This loss turned him to insanity, and he could find no merc work....lol, it rhymes. Eventually, he began crossing the Desert Gallo in search for death.
Name: Simeon Grey
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Class: Chemical Rogue
Appearance: Skinny-ish, tall-ish, grey hair. Wears black clothing for stealth purposes. Wears leather armor underneath the black clothes.
Weaponry: Wicked array of knives he uses to slice up his prey, various poisons that he taint his knives with or slip into enemy supplies. He has experimented with different chemicals in an attempt to make incendiary devices, finally creating a chemical called dynamoglycerin. Very explosive in large amounts.
Skills:
Stealth: Years of theft from stores in Midland has given him superb stealth skills.
Silent Strike: If unseen, Simeon can discreetly kill one foe without making any noise.
Eye Gas: Simeon made a type of chemical gas that causes the eyes to burn. He puts it into a breakable container and lobs it into the battlefield.
Silence Gas: A gas bomb concocted by Simeon that, when inhaled, causes swelling of the vocal cords, preventing speech.
Skin Slime: A corrosion-like poison, Simeon uses this on pinpoint targets with his throwing knives. However, this poison has to be weak to not damage his knives. So, it only is useful when in contact with bare skin. When hit, though, a powerful burning sensation runs through the body.
Artificial Illness: Simeon slips this resilient poison into enemy food and water stores. When consumed, it causes light numbness, stomach and head pains, and wooziness.
Dynamo Bomb: With his own special chemical, dynamoglycerin, Simeon can make bombs of this chemical. These bombs can set fire to areas in controlled quantities or can cause massive explosions in large quantities. Simeon can average three bombs a day with the right supplies.
History: Simeon grew up the son of a famous Midland chef. It was the years in the kitchen that started his interest in knife work. After some time, their restaurant was repossessed. Simeon grew depressed. His life flipped in the months to follow.
By some miracle, his parents got their restaurant back, but were arrested a month later. It turns out that Simeon’s parents stole some many different places to get the money to reclaim their restaurant, but were identified on one of their lasts thefts.
Simeon was left for the streets. Desperately looking for food, he stole in small amounts to survive. Years past. Looking for a more reliable source of money, he became the test subject for a crazed chemist. He was exposed to many types of gases and non-lethal poisons, but was paid well in turn.
After two years, he began to develop immunity to the chemist’s poisons. When snooping about, he overheard the chemist talking to someone. This other man was an assassin. The chemist was going to have Simeon killed to keep his secrets. He knew he had to act fast. The next day, the assassin would be paid. Simeon killed the chemist before he had the chance to pay the assassin.
Simeon forged a note, pretending to be the chemist, and sent it to the assassin, calling off the contract. Simeon gathered the recipes and ingredients from the chemist’s lab. He figured they could be of use. He could sell them.
But something else caught his attention. Living on the streets again, he met a friend. His name was Davian. Years passed and their bond and skills grew. Together, with other friends, they formed a small mercenary company, the Midland Elite.

OOC: History doesn't really matter here.
Elric and Reh have always been training partners, but due to their recent victories in the tournament, they felt the need to step it up. Their in their favored location of battle, the Banshee Forest. The woods were perfect for Reh to utilize his Ranger training and the numerous shadows gave Elric the element of darkness he desired.
Unfortunately, they were not there today. They realized that they wouldn't be fighting in their element in the tournament, so they decided to break the habit. Instead, they fought with less of their element about. As you move west from the Forest, the woods begin to thin. Eventually, they cut off in a wide clearing. In this massive clearing, a dried riverbed lay. This was their training grounds.
Rainfall had been abundant this year, so a thin layer of water was trickling along the riverbed. Woods were nearby, though a wide section of grass separated Reh from his element. Just into the afternoon, Elric would have to rely on the shadows of the trees and the slopes of the riverbed as a safe zone.
The duo have been training for hours now. They never expected any real danger to come by.
