The mighty walls that surround the fighters are almost intimidating. The arena was empty, except the group of applicants, ready to beat the living crap out of whoever is unfortunate enough to cross them.
This was a standard tournament with standard rules and a standard prize.
RULES: 1 vs. 1 matches. All weapons and magic allowed, except guns and healing magic. No godmodding! Meaning... you can't decide if the opponent gets hit. Also, you can't dodge everything. No items unless they're classified as a weapon or required in liste magic. No flying. 5 Character Maximum per person. 5 Spell Maximum.

Character Name: Elric Eron Age: 19 Gender: Male Weapon: Wooden staff. Magic Spells: ~Shadow Strike~ A simple projectile attack. Can be cast quickly. Can be cast from his staff. ~Darkness Wave~ By charging energy to his hands, Elric can either cast a vertical wave running across the ground, or a horizontal wave at chest height. Dodge by ducking or sidestepping. Can fire off one from each hand simultaneously. ~Shadow’s Protection~ Through magical arts, a shadow wraps around Elric’s staff, giving it more durability. When spun, the shadow forms a circular barrier along the staff. It can be broken, given enough force or light. ~Nocturnal’s Aid~ With a sacrifice of body and blood, Elric can summon the Avatar of Nocturnal, the Goddess of Shadow. Although stationary, it strikes at anyone within arms reach and gives off a distressing aura. Vanishes under heavy force or light. ~Dark Necreon Flash~ The spirit of Necreon appears from Elric’s body. Necreon's presence sends out pulses of darkness and light, colliding, attacking the mind and the brain. If the spirit is struck, it vanishes. Extremely powerful. One time spell. Very draining. Title: Dark Druid. Appearance: Black hair, long in back. Dark blue eyes. Pale skin. White scars on his face from childhood accident. Wears black robes lined with a dark amethyst color. ETC: While light in build, Elric’s muscle strength is above average, still not matching a battle-tested swordsman though. He’s fairly quick and his staff can deal some half-decent damage.
Character Name: Reh Aramil Age: 17 Gender: Male Weapon: Silver Oak Bow (made from silver wood), dual knives. One knife is sharp and solid with a crosspiece able to block a simple sword stroke. The smaller knife is used for throwing or supporting the large knife in defense. Magic Spells: ~Apply Poison~ With his small vial of poison, Reh can poison up to six arrows. This poison runs a tingling sensation through the afflicted area, followed by numbness. ~Ranger’s Stealth ~ The Ranger cloak breaks up the background, allowing the user to blend into it. While hidden in his cloak, Reh can make a short, swift jump from one spot to another, totally silent. He has to be fully covered in his cloak, though. ~Ranger’s Dexterity~ Long hours of daily training over years of time has built Reh’s expertise. Staying stock still and under strong focus, his arrows increase in accuracy and speed. ~Silver Light Blade~ Using the same principle as his bow, Reh crafted his throwing knife of silver. Charging it with magic, it flies through the air lightning quick and powerful. The enchantment can only be used twice, save he doesn’t recover the knife after the first. ~Silver Light Arrow~ Using one of his ten silver arrows, Reh’s bow magically enchants them with more speed and piercing power. Title: Ranger. Appearance: Shaggy, unkempt dark green hair, blue eyes, bow slung on his back, dual knife scabbard, leather quiver with sixty arrows, gray-green mottled Ranger cloak with a silver oakleaf pendent pinned to it. ETC: Wild emotions. Exploit?
Character Name: Jin Tranitu Age: 29 Gender: Male Weapon: Hand scythe, a curved, sickle blade with a shortened handle, used in one hand. Carries a wooden buckler as he wears very light armor. Magic Spells: ~Stone Crescent~ A crescent shaped blade of earth is slung from his scythe. ~Harden~ Focusing energy, earth will start to rise and harden on Jin's shield. He can stop casting, or continue, risking his defense. If continued, the earth will harden on his scythe. Continued even longer, the earth will enwrap and harden his skin. ~Summon Mud~ An eight foot circumference of mud seeps in under the opponent’s feet. Not damaging, just slippery...and muddy. ~Might of the Earth~ Jin’s legs will act like roots, absorbing power from the ground. His next three attacks pack more force. ~Earthen Barrage~ Three medium sized rocks appear at Jin’s side at the end of the cast. One rock wraps around his scythe. The rocks will lead the attack, followed by an earthen scythe attack from Jin. Title: Earthen Brawler. Appearance: Short, dirty blonde hair, brown eyes, leather sleeveless tunic, greaves, gloves, and boots. Rawhide loop at his side to hold his scythe. ETC: Macho man attitude.
Character Name: Kyran Mokamo Age: 23 Gender: Male Weapon: Magical staff. His skills allow him to morph the staff into multiple weapons. Magic Spells: ~Morph: Longsword~ Kyran runs his hands down his staff, turning it into a strong longsword. Balanced. ~Morph: Daggers~ Placing his hands in the middle, he runs them down either side, making two daggers to wield. Quick. ~Morph: Hammer~ Pounding his staff into the ground, it spawns a heavy hammer head, capable of crushing bones. Heavy. ~Morph: Battleaxe~ Spinning once, a sharp, dual axe head appears on the head of the staff. While faster than the hammer, it is still slow, but has massive shearing power. Strong. ~Storm of Steel~ After preparation time, Kyran throws his staff into the air and claps. The staff shatters, raining swords, arrows, and daggers from the sky. The steel reforms into staff form after the attack. Air of effect isn’t very large. Title: Bladeruler. Appearance: Long black hair, black eyes, white tunic, black pants, leather gloves and boots. ETC: Calm, cool, collected. Shows little emotions.

Character Name: Money Man Age: 26 Gender: Male Weapon: Twin Cards (Very thin double daggers) Abilities: Credit Card Killer When Money man runs around the opponent, he will use this ability to put multiple credit cards around the enemy which will drain them of their energy. The amount of time this ability lasts will be determined on a dice roll. Bankrupt Buzz A one time use effect, that removes one ability from the player for two turns. For this ability to happen, Money Man has to charge for two turns. Canadian Cents This ability will break Money Man into fifteen small quarters which will circle the enemy while confusing him/her until they get dizzy and fall down for a round. The circling will happen for two attacks, but the opponent can try to destroy some of the quarters which will cancel the effect. The hp of the cents is very low. Mega-Bill Money Man will go double the speed, and his attack is lowered dramatically, but he is able to make attacks very easily without a miss. This will last three attacks. Twin Double Kill The Twin cards will double into four and be thrown all over the area damaging the enemy when he/she tries to move. Title: King of Money Appearance: Tall and fast with a very cruel taunt. ETC: Able to stab and run away really fast but the damage of the Twin Cards is pretty low. However he almost never misses and has a high critical hit ratio. His speed makes it pretty hard to hit him back.
Character Name: Tejinashi Eiei (Magician Forever) Age: 35 Gender: Male Weapon: Super Deck of cards Magic Spells: The Royal King of Diamonds TE turns invisible for two attacks, but every time he attacks his invisibility cloak flickers. The Ace of Flames TE takes all the cards and throws it at the enemy's, and all the aces cut -if hit- make a deep cut. Go Fish Five random cards are drawn, if two black cards are the same drawn, then the opponent will warp then bind them in water. Devil Shall Live Six Cards are drawn. Those six cards add up. Then you multiply the card by two, and if the number is in between 60-80 and one part of the enemy's body will be frozen. If their is three sixes, then the enemy shall fall into hell, and be burnt to a crisp. This attack can only be used once in a battle. Title: Master of Decks Appearance: Tejinashi Eiei is a tall slender man who his able to throw cards at such a speed it can make them bleed. However, he wears very light clothing so he can build up the strength to use his ability's and attacks. ETC: His super deck is so thin, and made out of a material that can pierce skin.

Character Name: Tameni Itaka Age: 15 Gender: Female Weapon: Large Bladed Pendulum (Detti) Magic Spells: Crash Paddle: The flat, bladed part of the pendulum becomes spherical, and can move more quickly, since it has less wind resistance. Can transform back at any desired time. Detti Maximum Twister: Tameni swings her bladed pendulum as quickly as she can. After an immediate stop, wherever she's facing, a tornado forms, cutting the target. Not a lethal spell, but can be known to be dangerous. Equitable Division: Tameni swings her pendulum at any oncoming magic attack. The effects of that attack are divided equally between Tameni and the caster. This can only be used twice. Skull Splitter: Tameni raises Detti, and the blade emits a fiery white smoke. The next contact the enemy makes with the pendulum blade, they receive fire damage as well as damage from the blade. Pendulum Transform: Everything past the handle of the pendulum can receed into the handle, thus, making Tameni much lighter. Tameni can now fight with martial arts, and can return the pendulum at any time, but in her lighter form, she has no magic skills. Title: She Of The Ticking Clock Apperance: Tameni has long brown hair, a billowy white dress, big brown eyes, and a remarkable poise. ETC: Detti is a powerful weapon, but the weight of it is so hard to maintain, that Tameni doesn't have incredible defensive or dodging skills. Character Name: Kichiro Tidire Age: 16 Gender: Male Weapon: Long knife (Litine) Magic Spells: Litine Focus: Kichiro focuses part of his magic energy on the opponent. This is merely a preparation spell. Litine Sores: The next flesh-cutting slash from Litine sends pus filled sores 4 inches through whatever skin it touches. REQUIRES: Litine Focus. Litine Targeting: Kichiro focuses more magic energy on the opponent. This preparation spell includes a hot initial wave of evergy from all directions, indicating that Kichiro is absolutely focused. Litine Sound Firework: Kichiro locks his eyes on the dead center of the opponent, and points Litine at wherever he wants the attack to go. At his will, Kichiro fires a ray of mid-strength energy at wherever Litine is currently pointing. REQUIRES: Litine Targeting. Litine Psychokinesis: After having BOTH Litine Focus and Litine Targeting, Kichiro can look at the opponent. Without needing to point Litine, Kichiro can send a blast of invisible energy screaming at his opponent. It's about as strong as being punched on all sides, if hit, and it can be dodged if you can hear it coming. Title: Furious Dustcloud Apperance: Kichiro has bushy, caramel colored hair, and dresses in a tight, light blue shirt with no sleeves, and isn't long enough to cover most of his stomach. He wears a thick black belt and long, loose-legged pants. He has small, brownish-green eyes, and wears sandals... ETC: If you read his appearance, it seems as if he's rather gay. Character Name: Mercy Age: Unknown. Appears 25. Gender: Male Weapon: Demons within his body. Magic Spells: First Demon: Mercy summons a sword-demon, to act as a weapon. If resummoned if this demon is already on the field, the field demon disappears and reappears in Mercy's hand. Second Demon: Mercy summons a turtle demon. It's shell blazes, and it swiftly covers the opponent. The shell is hollow, and it protects the opponent, but the opponent cannot cast magic or attacks while inside. It can only be summoned twice, and can last 30 seconds, maximum. Third Demon: Mercy summons a demon that increases his magic. Crash Magma: Mercy casts a projectile spell. It's extremely hot, and requires Third Demon to be summoned to use this spell. Title: The Thousand Year Old Nightmare Apperance: Mercy wears olive green pants, and a matching shirt and cape. He covers the bottom of his face and most of his hair with part of the cape wrapped around him. His most outstanding feature is his fire red hair. ETC: That's all you need to know!

And umm...dude? There are no "turns" per say. And alot of those spells seem too powerful. Go Die, Twin Double Kill, Bankrupt Buzz, Devil Shall Live, these seem too powerful.
Change the rounds/turns thing.

Character Name: Spade Age: unknown ( looks like he is in a 16 year old body) Gender: Male Weapon: gauntlet ( attached with blades) and a defensive blade Magic Spells: FORSIGHT- which allows him to see fast moving things at a slower rate so had better time to react to them. but once im in forsight I cant really move all that much and keep it so if I move I cant use forsight. only on a straight on attack NATURAL SKILL- is massive speed, which helps him since his offensive weapon is very short. And uses his speed to make up for his power. ( depending on how fast he gets up to depends on how much damage he can take you. and for now he cant move all that fast)
Title: King of spades (spade means death) Apperance: long black shady cloak with straight brown hair. scar by his left eye. tall muscular man. ( picture will be up later.) ETC: high evasion rate cause of his high agility low power but quick, only armor he has is his weapons therefor he can get hurt easily. and thats if I dont block it which I have a high chance of since my speed.
sorry about the all the power character was meant to be from my friends comic and they were all really powerful I just forgot were to start so this should be better. have no demon powers right now. and I cant really move my position in forsight right now. to much concentration

HoP: Battles are 1v1, so Foresight seems a bit overpowered. Add a limit to it. Demon Hands is overpowered and unclear.

Character Name: Carl Age: 108 (Has the body of a 16-year-old) Gender: Male
Weapon: Twin Scythe Whips Magic Spells: Hell Cannon - An orb of purple and red energy that Carl can blast at a variety of speeds. Carl can also make the orb explode into two large rotating orbs of energy. Body of Darkness - Carl's body can turn into pure darkness energy, allowing him to dodge attacks more easily, as well as turn various parts of his body into claws, tentacles, etc. He can also turn into a puddle of darkness for fast travel. He is vulnerable to energy attacks in this state. Infection Beam - A thin, but fast, purple energy beam. If hit by it, the victim will be poisoned and their body will slowly become numb, savagely lowering their speed. This beam also has quite an impact. Will of the Scythes - Carl can release the demonic presence within his scythes. It will appear as a large Grim Reaper with a blood-red cloak. It holds a massive scythe and hovers behind Carl. The Reaper can create several scythes of energy and have them rotate around Carl as protection, or launch them at opponents. This can only be used once per battle, twice if Carl has only used Hell Cannon throughout the battle. Title: The Reaper from Hell Apperance: Carl's face is covered in blood-stained bandages. Only one red eye and his mouth are uncovered, and several strands of long brown hair are uncovered by bandages as well. He also wears a black cloak with a chain belt, along with chains wrapped around his arms. Carl wears black jeans and a blood-red shirt under his cloak. ETC: Carl is quite physically strong, but he prefers to use long-range attacks. He's quite skilled at both long-range combat as well as melee combat, but he's not too good at dodging attacks on his own. His scythes are usually in their normal scythe form, but their staffs are actually made from several smaller blades attached to one another. Carl can use this to turn his scythes into sword whips, with their scythe blades at their tips.
Character Name: Suzuki Age: ?? (looks 18) Gender: Female
Weapon: Energy Whip Magic Spells: Energy Manipulation - Suzuki can manipulate her own energy to create a variety of weapons, such as swords, spears, etc. She mainly uses an energy whip and can also cover her weapons in flames. Body of Flames - Suzuki can turn her body into flames or magma and travel even faster than before. She can also go through objects that conduct heat as a way of transportation while in this form. Suzuki may also just turn certain parts of her body into fire/magma. It doesn't have to be her whole body. Pride Orb -This orb will create a powerful barrier over Suzuki, protecting her from several attacks and softening the impact of melee weapons. The barrier can be shattered by a powerful enough attack. Wrath Orb - A chain of energy will be fired from this orb. If it lands on the ground, flames will be shot in all directions. If the chain wraps around an opponent, they will be severely burned and stabbed by the chains. Hellfire Dragon - A large dragon made from flames will be summoned from the Underworld. It will charge at Suzuki's opponent and shoot flames at them while attempting to ram them. Title: The Queen of Hellfire Apperance: Crimson red hair which is tied into a very long ponytail. (It reaches her feet) She wears a black t-shirt, red jeans, and a red scarf wrapped around her neck. She also has cat-like red eyes. ETC: Suzuki is the daughter of the Devil, but decided to live in the Human realm once her parents were killed by her psychotic brother. She is bi-polar and bi-sexual, but doesn't truly give a damn about what others think of this. However, she refuses to take any abuse from anyone, resulting in her attacking people over mere insults. She has some odd feelings for Carl as well...but shows these feelings through the physical, mental, and sexual abuse she puts him through.

Tono, he seems to have no weaknesses... All his attacks seem a touch too strong. First Spell: Fine.
Second: Will the puddle be vulnerable to attacks?
Third Spell: Paralysis is a drastic effect... maybe leave it at severe numbness. We don't want one attack to win a match...
Fourth: Can we assume that this spell uses alot of energy?

I forgot to put he's very vulnerable to energy attacks in that form. and as for the third one, i'll change it to severe numbness. The fourth one can only be used once or twice, three times maximum. But it can only be used three times if Carl's used only Hell Cannon throughout the battle.

But it is still drastically powerful. My character Elric has a high power spell, but it can only be used once. The spell you've got if more powerful than mine, and three times max is too strong.
