I'm sure you know but in Sudoku each box has 1-9. So in your version you have to have 17 chars in each box. You only have 16 slots.

Seemed logical, seeing as Base 10 Sudoku does not use 0 either.

Only 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F, and G are valid characters in this puzzle.

Also,
