10-6-07 So yeah, that kind of sucked. My math teacher made me join the math team yesterday. It wasn't that bad, but I wish it didn't take 4 hours to answer 9 math problems at another school. (It was in 5 rounds, each student did 3, and each round was 10 minutes long. I don't know where the other 190 minutes came from. ) I also lost my headphones, so now I am physically incapable of playing Starcraft, or doing anything else that needs sound  Daryl out. |

I installed Ubuntu today, as a Dual Boot option. It's pretty nice, but the lack of Times New Roman saddens me. Also, I'm trying to get it to recognize my Wireless card, but for now I'm stuck to the LAN cable.
I'm also an idiot, because when I partitioned the hard drive, I only gave up 5 Gigabytes >_>;; I'll see if I can make it bigger later.

Got it up and working, thought not without getting several incredibly frustrating errors in the process. Like, when I deleted the partition it was on, so I could make a bigger one, it forgot to update the "Master Boot Record", which means when I turned on my computer, it would still search for it. THat produced "GRUB Error 22", and that was all it produced. When I turned on my computer, my BIOS would partially load, then it'd go to GRUB Error 22, and wait for me to reboot. It still let me boot to disc, though, so after googling for ages for the solution (All Google reports of my problem involved the Recovery Console on the XP Reinstallation disk, the Recovery Console on the Vista Reinstallation disc had been replaced with a command prompt, and every case of the problem I could find on Google happened with XP), I got it up. Then I had problems assigning free space to a new partition, but that was easily solved.
It's pretty nice, does anyone else here besides 2L84ME use Ubuntu (Or any other version of Linux)?

He can be very annoying at times, but that still doesn't give me reason to say he sucks. As I said, he's only annoying at times, not all the time. And he definitely doesn't suck after what we've seen on the forum (AA and Necro).
