Well? Give reasons, ne?

Kira. Who else will bring evil to justice?

For myself, I'm not sure. I like the fact that he brought justice to various criminals. I'd like him more if he did better background checks, like for children and parents, and took their feelings into consideration based on the offender's crimes. I see the flaw in that though, with time and all.
Despite my one complaint to his methods, I'll have to side with Kira-sama. Still love L to death, though. =P

There isn't a "I've never seen Death Note" option

I would have slit Kira's throat.
I don't care much for L, either.
To be honest, I really don't care for Death Note at all.

If L had shinigami eyes, then maybe I would have voted for him.

Well, for me personally, I found Death Note such an intriguing story that it was I couldn't take a side. Both L and Light provided convincing arguments as to whether the other was morally in the wrong. Although I must say, if Light was going say, I would have rather him have lost to L, then Near.

He lost to Near and Mellow together.
They couldn't do it without each other.
At least that's how I remember it.

Yeah.
Also, old weeaboo poll is old and weeaboo. =\
Though Death Note overall was a riveting and intellectually stimulating series. One of the best shounen series I've encountered thus far.

I apologize for reviving. I just saw it and was like "Oooh! I have things to say about this!" I didn't even look at the date. -_-

I'm going to re-revive. Ah well.
I'm against Kira for the same reason I'm "against" Dexter (although I do love watching/reading it): I don't believe killing is ever justifiable.
