Of Matt's avatar. Shown above, this avatar is obviously unfit for display on ToM. It is not only offensive and crude, but it is badly drawn and blurry aswell. We can obviously not permit avatars with such vile typos as "your" where "you're" is appropriate, and for this reason I vote to have Matt's avatar forcibly removed, and have his Spelling Probation elevated to a Spelling Felony. For all too long we have avoided problems like this on ToM, and through our own inaction, we have permitted the uncontrollable growth of bad grammar inside our own fortress. Only through action can we eventually rid ToM of such filth, only through action can we promote good grammar and spelling, and only through action can we make ToM a better place for EVERYONE! It is for these reasons that I hope you will all agree with me, and vote to convict Matt of his spelling violations. The results will be symbolic, but the effects will be real!

I'm sorry for my crude display picture, I felt I needed a new picture and that was the only one I could find. As for my grammar and spelling, I try my best not to make mistakes, but you forget I'm only in grade eight, and have not been taught everything they're is to know about it. Overall I apologize.

You're making this a bigger issue then it originally was. I do not mock you and I doubt I ever will. My grammar isn't horrible, at least I don't chat like those who use internet slang all the time. Please support me even though you haven't known me that long.

I thought Daryl was being his usually silly Daryl self and only kidding. If not...I express my neutrality.

Thanks for your (relative) support Griff, but your grammar and spelling make me sad I don't see any sort of punctuation mark at the end of that sentence!

Smiley faces can often substitute for punctuation.

I am neither a hypocrite nor a lying fool, it is true that smiles can be used in place of punctuation

I am neither a hypocrite nor a lying fool, it is true that smiles can be used in place of punctuation That one's too angry to be a smile, so you can't use it in place of punctuation.

Different smileys can be used for different punctuation. I apologize for my use of the term "smileys", as I now see that those unfamiliar with the term, such as you, S-D, may mistakenly believe that it is limited to only happy faces. The "emotion" in question, my angry face, would in this case represent an exclamation mark.

I am familiar with the term "smiley". However, you CLEARLY said "smiles" instead of "smileys".

Interesting point, and I apologize. We can't all be perfect, but then again, no one should be as terrible as Matt.
