Round One, Match One: Ennio vs. Dorian

He didn't move. It was stubborn, idiotic, and a betrayal to the drug. It was the most irrational thing he could have done, and it may have just got him kicked out of the competition.

The knife landed square in the center of his vision, right above his nose. The other knives hit him in the stomach and left shoulder. His head lolled back, arms limp but still on his feet, and froze in what seemed to be unconsciousness.

Then without warning he jolted into an erect position and grinned sadistically, storm-colored eyes wild with maniacal laughter. "Oh look, I'm still here!!" he chuckled. A slight red tint had been added to parts of his irises.

Mignon's eyes would have welled with tears if she could cry, but alas, the dead cannot do all that the living can. She looked down, gray eyes holding immense grief. Vampires were not immortal, contrary to popular belief. Various things could harm them, but only fire could do sufficient damage.

What was Ennio going to do?

Ennio looked on, nearly shivering with fear. I'm not done...

Ennio drew the katana from his belt, and held it forward. 'If this hits you in the face, I don't think you'll still be smiling.'

Running quickly, Ennio moved swiftly around obstacles. Alright... aim for the neck, keep running, and avoid counter attack... They can't live forever...

OOC: Unless Foxxi is right there with you, I can't accept this. This is controlling another person's character, which falls under general godmodding. And besides, Ennio is already charging Dorian. Retaliation is expected when a swordsman is rushing at you, ya know?

(((How is it godmodding? ;; It's Foxxi's plot, only I posted it. I'll repost in her account if you want. Foxxi doesn't have a computer, so I do the typing for her. And in the case of Ennio charging him, Dorian has a plan. That's why he's fleeing.

And if you accuse me of godmodding one more time, I'd advise you to sleep with your eyes open. I can't stand godmodding, much less being accused of it.)))

"Well, if it's gonna be like that, time to put the little toys away and pull out the big guns." He tugged on the buckle of his belt lamely, the wheel popping off easily. It was shaped like a tiny wheel with twin sickles on each side. He stuck his forefinger and thumb on either side of the buckle, pushing the scythes inward.

The weapon immediately expanded, growing to about three-fourths his height. It was a chakram with two scythes on either side and a top-like center. The design was rather intricate and foreign, like it was crafted in some unknown dimension.

"Stealth Fang," he grinned, calling the name of the weapon. "This is my favorite toy."

With a playful chuckle, he threw the spinner across the pond so that in landed on solid ground, and when it did, he swiftly bounded from the platform and landed in the center, then spun the outer rim with impressive might. The frame began to revolve at a shocking speed, the silver of the blades melding into a blur.

"I hope you know what you're doing!" he gave a crazed laugh, then took off around the arena with the ninja trailing him.

OOC: It's just common sense that the person who's fighting should do the posting. I was unaware Foxxi didn't have a computer, so pardon my ignorance.

Griff fired off a shot from some random pistol.

"Ennio has refused to attack for quite some time, so Dorian is the winner of this match. And due to the delay in match 2, matches 3 and 4 will commence starting tomorrow."

And I was wondering if you gave out warnings like "if you don't post by tomorrow you will be disqualified or something." Cause if I don't get warnings like that I'll lose fast. =P ))

Dorian literally fell off of his spinning chakram. It skidded for a short time, then shrank back to its original size. With half his stunned face planted in the dirt, he grinned disbelievingly with his mouth slightly open, an eyebrow twitching. "I... won...? Just like that...?"

The rest of Foxxi's characters wore similar expressions.

Arata groaned loudly in utter frustration, tugging viciously at the roots of his light blond hair. "EEEEEYAAAAAAGH!!!!! NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NOOOOOOOOOO~!!!!!!! THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!!!!!!!!"

Haylo and Kaitai rose from their seats, stunned, but quickly became ecstatic. They clasped hands and jumped in place, overjoyed at the fact that not only Dorian had won his first tournament battle, but at the fact that this was Foxxi's first tournament victory ever.

Wulfi was apparently proud of this accomplishment as well, seeing as how she grabbed Foxxi's face as if on impulse and kissed her thoroughly.
